Does anyone know how to clear everything so i can start a fresh game? I redownloaded the game and all the scenes are still unlocked and all secret cards are too. even when i start a new game, and even after deleting the save files

Saves are stored not only in MC\game\save, but also here C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\Milfy City.
Saves from other games on Renpy are also stored in the Roaming folder. By default, Appdata is hidden, to open it, you need to enable the display of hidden folders in the folder properties via the control panel. Or enter %AppData% in the address bar of any folder and click enter, and you will immediately get to the Roaming folder.
But the easiest way to delete saves is to start the game, go to the Load menu, hover over the save, click Delete and confirm the deletion. The save will be deleted in both folders.

Because the behaviour of the dev is irrelevant to when discussing the quality of the content they've previously produced.
Now, if there was the additional option to rate the dev, that would be an interesting social experiment. I reckon that, within 48 hours, it'd look and sound like 4chan's pol board
